A lot of reading there - interesting stuff... a little extreme in places and a little rigid for me - but as I have said before you have to find what works for you and there are sooo many options and plans and ways to choose from.

Christian Bale lost 63 lbs for the role.

"His weight loss wasn't part of a specific diet or elimination of certain foods. In fact, it was the elimination of almost all foods and a lot of exercise. His exercise did not involve any type of weight lifting. He only want to lose the fat and keep from bulking up at the same time. His goal for the movie was to look like as if he had not slept for a year. I'm sure I can vouch for everyone who's seen the movie that he definitely achieved this goal. "
Strange, but on different sites his diet is different - "1 can of tuna plus 1 apple per day",
"apples and salad plus coffee late", "1 apple per day", 1 tuna can per day"...
Here somone finds it manageble.

hahaah got to love the kids hey :) x
I need to work on the first 3 you mentioned there...
- We make sure that we have no caffiene after 8pm & only allow ourselves 2 caffienated drinks a day (not including green tea).
- We have made eating better a family event by including our son in the food prep & shopping.
- Working out is also a famliy event now too. Our son tries to keep up with us & our daughter tries to interfere. (a sudden extra 30 pounds on your back while trying to do pushups is tough!)
1) drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day.
2) be in bed resting if not sleeping for 8 hours a night
3) Don't eat after 7pm
4) Its okay to leave food on your plate while you understand and accept portion control
Will add more when I think of them - please add yours too :)
