awe, i wonder whats really going on with her, like if she is happy
i see people detoxing so much its hard to take the hate that they can dish out
its probably the same at your place, people getting older and depressed
do you have any friends that would be willing to come spend time with her?
yes, I do not let her interfere in my care of my residents, you know those people are mothers, sisters, fathers, and most of all friends. If you give them the time, they can teach you so much, I love to hear there stories about the truely hard days, they are strong people who have endured what some cant imagine, I love my job!
I wonder if she realizes her attitude is troubling the residents? She must, if she's made them cry. You've already told the charge nurse about the crying and rude incidents? If she enjoys her job, then one would think she would want to do it correctly, and even improve on it. Maybe talking to her personally would help her to realize her actions are causing issues that just shouldn't be happening. Of course, taking extra care of the suffering patients, due to her actions, is the first best thing you are doing.
