BPD reduces as you get older

I have BPD and have read information about it. They say as you get older it is supposed to improve, has anyone experienced this or knows someone who has??

"Wiser" perhaps has more to do with than "older".
I think is the way that you approach bpd  would make a difference.

Is Energy Psycho-Spiritual Therapy available where you live? If yes, look into it!
From my experience this type of therapy is the most realistic and efficient.

churnman's comments make a lot of sense.

Yes, I too have heard this and know of one instance where it seems to be true. As for myself, my depression seems to be diminishing with age. A am nearly 60 and am finding that there are many things greater than me and I try to find spiritual and emotional strength from these.
