So I am going into the last stretch and I only have 21 days to go.. yeah.. I have been having a horrible time sleeping and when I do finally get to sleep I am woken buy movements and pains in my belly from baby. And on top pf all the movements and pains, my legs have been caramping like crazy. I was just wondering if anyone else is going through this in there last month? My best friend told me this is the time that I need to make sure that I get tons of rest and sleep but when your body want let ya, what are you supposed to do?

I definitely know what you're going through. We're picking an induction date next Tuesday, and I'm more than ready to have Lily out! The leg cramps when you're trying to sleep are just the beginning. They start to carry over into your daily life. At this point for me, it hurts to even lift up my leg to put on pants. It's awful. :(

oh boy do i know what you are going threw, i get leg numbness cause she is on my syotic nerve and i have really bad pregnancy insomnia where i am awake till 3 am -5 am just depends on the night, when i get comfy never fails i have to get up to go potty and getting up thats a choir in it's self lol. Are you sleeping with a pillow between your legs and under your belly for suport sometimes that does help. as for sleep not much you can do, chamamille tea before bed can help you relax dr told me benadrly, tylonal cold and sinus, or tylonal pm for sleep aid, none of those work with me so i dont bother,
your friends right it is, but thats the question how when your terrible unconfertable, excited, over whelmed, and anxious, 101 thoughts running threw your head, baby moveing all the time, and soon you should start having braxstons that will confuse you will false labor cause there get intence. but remember your almost done, and in the end holding your little one is the most amazing feeling, good luck.
