do you have a spiritual gift ( if so what is it )
are we to pray and ask the what is our spiritual gift?

I thank God for bringing me to this site and meeting so many wonderful ppl. I believe my spiritual gift is through people. I truly receive a high from helping others whether it be through listening, conversating, or offering advice. I love people b/c I feel as though we are one of God's greatest creations. I pray for strength to use my gift everyday and help others find their gift and put it to God' use.

We live in an unpredicting world were this may be your last day on earth. I like others just want to hear well done when my time is up. I want God to say you did all I asked of you. It gives me bubbles in my tummy to think I work for an amazing God that is almighty and forgiving.

Interesting question.  I take the position now that whatever it is, I hope I am using it for the best of what God can do through me.  I chose not to focus on "the gift" years ago when I saw the circus it can become.  

Pride can rear its ugly head and all sorts of other things that are used to weigh/measure.  If it is a calling, it is like a magnet and one cannot stop from reaching to do.  If some one is to train another, both need to be in the right place at the right time.
