is it if so ive got to really decide if i want to post certain pictures that i plain to use the idea from for later. I mail them but i havent been answered yet -_- What do you think

At least we know they can't make money on what we have written,It doesn't bother me if my story or my answers to posts are used to help others.

okay well i ask a friend who has had to deal with legal things and this is what they said

"What this means is that Med Help can use anything you purblish on their site royalty free. You still hold the rights to your material but they canb use it for free. For example, lets say that you put one of your dtories on Meed Help and then you alter publish it with a publ;isher. At that point anyone wantinmg to publish your story must pay you a royalty to do so. Med Help would however be able to cntinue to publish your story for whatever purpose they wanted royalty free due to the agreeemtn in your post that you accept whne publishing material so htis is a very minor thing. You still maintain ownership of everything but Med Help gets to use it for free in any manner they see fit. "

well medhelp has not replied yet and by reading this yes it seems they claim the right to everything we say which is rather disturbing. Can they use our stories and sell them to mags?
