2 m/c in 3 months... TTC soon

I am a mom to 3 wonderful children. I had all of my children in my 20's and never had a m/c that I know of. During my third pregnancy, I spotted a little and even thought I was having my cycle. I did not know I was pregnant. When my cycle was very light and weird, I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. During my 8th week, I began bleeding brown and red blood. I thought I was having a m/c and freaked out!  An ultrasound showed a tear at the top of my uterus where there was old blood trapped at the top of my uterus. My son was down lower and attached more to the side of my uterus. They said that either he had a twin that did not make it, or the placenta moved. He was born at 36 weeks. I developed toxemia with all 3 of my pregnancies but not until the end of the third trimester. Other than the toxemia, my pregnancies were healthy. At 31, we decided to try for our 4th child, 3 weeks later In February 2010 I took a home PG test and it was positive! I took 3 more that week and they slowly got darker positive. 28 days into my cycle on February 28th, I began to spot. I got a blood test and my HCG was 14.3, A few days later it was 0. I was told I had an early m/c. They did an U/s and found 5 follicles in my right ovary and a corpus lutem cyst in my left ovary. The bleeding lasted about a week and a half and was very painful. We took a break from TTC until I had my period in March. We started to try again right after and became pregnant again right away. This time the pregnancy test came back hugely positive a week and a half before my period was due and without full morning urine. I took 10 tests in 2 days! I was paranoid and checked my BBT every morning, each morning it was 99.2. 28 days into my cycle, I woke up at 4 am dizzy and my heart pounding, I felt really sick. I Checked my temp and it had dropped to 97,8 which usually happens when my period is coming. I went to the bathroom and had started red streaking in my CVM. I knew I was having another M/C. My blood test showed hcg at 18.6, 2 days later 0. I had another m/c. My doctor has advised that she does not know what is causing it and thinks we may be getting pregnant with multiples. If there is something wrong with one of the babies, then it can threaten the whole pregnancy. She told us to wait 2 normal cycles, then TTC again. She said she will do blood work to check my progesterone and do frequent U/S to keep an eye on the pregnancy. I am so nervous I want another baby but I am so scared of the sadness of another m/c. She said my case is rare because my body is dumping the HCG so quickly. Has anyone ever heard of this or have any insight? Thanks in advance

Hi Ladies, sorry for your losses, I have one child, who is 6  and I have had 3 m/c's one in 2005, struggled to conceive at all for a few years then have had 2 m/c's in a year, my problem ttc was low progesterone which meant I probably wasnt ovulating, I also believe the problem for my early m/c's is also to do with low progesterone!! I have only just had 3rd m/c so myself and my partner are under going further investigation (genes/blood clotting  disorders etc) I am under the impression that now I have had 3 my doctors will take it more seriously, makes my blood boil, in both my last pregnancies I asked for progesterone and was told "NO" - I have found most of the knowledge I have gained is because of looking things up on the internet and being part of these groups and hearing other peoples stories and treatments etc... I cant help but feel if i was given progesterone support I wouldnt of miscarried the 2nd time :( - its even more frustrating having been through and carried a baby to go to not being able to ( am so grateful for our beautiful son, but we never just wanted one child and he is missing out on having brothers or sisters) Wish you all the luck in the world, I know how it feels. Hi!! Read your post and we are in the same boat! We have had two m/c since jan! Also had one in 2007! We tried right away and got preggo again then i ended up in the hospital at 24wks 3cm dia and 90% effaced! We made it to 31wks and he was 100% healthy!! I as well tested super early in march and a nice bold positive! felt evry symptom as well and then 5wks 5ds i started spotting at work went to the er to have my #s drawn and they came back 39...i just looked at the dr in utter disbelief, seriously... i just started spotting and i have already lost it!! The er said it was a chemical preg but my dr didn't believe that!

But anyways, we keep m/c in the 6th wk everytime!! Had all the blood work done and came back normal! Thursday i had an HSG to see if there were any uterin abnormalities and evrything came back normal! My tubes werent blocked either so my dr basically just said go home and start trying again!!

Im having a tough time w that tho cuz there is still no reason for the 3 m/c and were just suppose to jump right back into!! Evry1 talks about ttc but what about us who have no problem getting preg but keeping it... So i feel your pain...
