17 week movement

I am 17 weeks and 1 day pregnant, I have been feeling movement pretty regular for the past 2 weeks especially when I lay flat on my back, no hard kicks or anything more like taps and squirms.  I haven't felt my baby move at all today and I'm starting to panic and am almost ready to head to the er is this normal?

I agree with kwame's girl it is normal not to feel baby moving all the time....yesterday I too did not feel my baby move until late at night so I know we can freak out but it is completely normal once they are a little bigger we will be able to feel them all the time even when they only move there finger lol.....but like she said if you just don't think something is right call ur doc to make an appt.

Yes this is totally normal. You may not feel movements for a few days at this early stage. I started feeling movements at 14 weeks, nobody believed me but I knew what I was feeling. This is my third. Try eating something really sweet sometimes that wakes the little one right up!! LOL I ate a fudge brownie yesterday and the baby was bouncing off my walls! If you are very uneasy make an appt for the doc, but know this is normal.
