i have noticed last week(sunday morning)  pimples on the top of my pennis skin.Then i put some ointment and the pimples were gone however the top of my skin now sored(the skin came off) size of a dime,no blood,no pain. but its not going away even if tried all darmovate creme. I have no problem in urine.  Need that sore  heel and dried up quick thats all.Please help.

Dear Doctor
I am doing fine now. Sores are gone now.  My doctors recommended Dermovate Ointment(Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% w/w) which i used for 3 days from the day 1 since I have had this problem.  I really appreciate for your advice. Doctors said it was a bug bite nothing else.

For such type of sores, various possibilities which need to be ruled out are herpes, dermatitis, contact dermatitis or allergies. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
