I haven't really gotten that big yet either.  I am 17 1/2 weeks and people that don't know me probably couldn't tell.  But, my jeans don't button anymore and I have put on 6 lbs so obviously I am growing, but not expecting to really pop out for another month or two.  My husband said he remembers that I grew just a tiny bit and then all of a sudden bam!  Big ol' belly at 6-7 months.

I'm glad I'm not alone in this.  I have a small tummy but i look more like I just had a good meal than actually preggers to me.  Other people that know me can tell but just walking around town no one knows. In fact I ran into a friend I hadn't seen in years and had to tell him I was 4 months pregnant and he didnt belive me...lol. I hear that by 5-6 months we will just poke out. I go in for our 20wk u/s on the 20th.

i experience that to. in the morning i look a little smaller than the night before and i think its because when we eat we get a little bloat and by morning it subsides.

My sis in law in preggie and is a very small girl.size 6 She didnt show till she was like 20weeks, infact she didnt tell anyone till she was 16weeks and you couldnt even tell. I'm almost 12 weeks and when i wake up my tummy is flat as ever but before i go to bed im massive. I think every woman is so differant and baby moves around heaps so your tummy can change so fast. I cant wait to get where you ladys are xx

Ok well then I'm not alone!! I go to the doctor Friday. I always worry between doctor appointments. It'll be so relieving one we can feel movement everyday to reasure us. I was also told that women dont usually start showing till 6 months. I just thought that since I was pretty slim before the pregnancy, that I would show faster. Maybe not though.

im going through the same thing although im a week behide im also supposed to find out what it is at 18 weeks. i dont think i even have a pooch. of course its hard to tell from bloat to baby. in my lower abdomen its hard but thats about it. im relieved i have found someone else with the same issue. Sometimes i worry my next baby appointment is this wednesday. but from what everybody has told me not to compare myself with other girls, they said it will drive me crazy! Everybody has different pregnancies. They also told me that the baby could be hiding more in ur back than the front. by 5 months u should be showing pooch by then. my friend said she didnt show anything till 6 months and even then had to wear a tight shirt so u could tell she was pregnant. but i just asked the same question on the post to. hopefully we can get enough responses so we can stop worrying.
