frequent bowel movements and head aches

my son is suffering from instant/fast digestive system as what ever he eats during the day , soon he needs to relieve himself with bowel movement. Simultaneously he also gets a headache associated with stomach disorder and the pain comes always on the right temple over the eye.
As such he remains hungry most of the time and since what ever he eats ( good house food ) does not stay to
make him grow his weight. He is lean and thin.
We have got done endoscopy and report is clear also liver function test and X ray of his nose area. No diagnosis has been possible as yet.
Thanks to recommend what should be done as this is torture he is going through many times a week.

Finally the head ache and nose blocks have been related to cluster headache and the shooting pain comes first in one of the eyes as if some one is pressing it hard and than pain travels to forehead and is a shooting one and lasts 30 minutes minimum. Normally bowel movement also comes and once one relieves himself than he is ok.
Can some expert throw more information on cluster headaches and why they occur and what are the remedies. We discovered cluster headache on the internet and found my sons systems match what is mentioned there.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Get his stool tested for worms, blood sugar for diabetes and hyperthyroidism and consult a gastroenterologist to rule out food intolerance such as celiac, lactose, to citrus fruits, tomatoes etc. IBS and Crohn’s should also be ruled out.
Hope this helps. Take care!

Generally when bowel problems persist a probiotic can be very helpful the 2 most beneficial products are a bit pricey.  The one is Align and can be purchased at Wal-Mart (around $30.00 for 1 month).  The second product is Dr. Mercolas Probiotic Packs which can be purchased in Health food stores or online for around $35.00 per month. You could also try the probiotic products sold at you local pharmacy or vitamin stores.  Another suggestion is to have your son eat small meals thought the day instead of large meals all at once.  many fruits and vegetables, low in dairy and wheat products.
