I have a thyroid condition that has made me prone to panic attacks. Lemon balm tea works really well. I also drink magnesium powder. Both of these help a lot. Bachs rescue remedy is homeopathic and helps a bit, but not for major panic and it seems to lose effectiveness after the first few times. The first 2 are staples for me though. Good Luck.
