I don't really know the answer to your question, because I am not a doctor. I can say something about anxiety. I have it myself so I can relate. I know sometimes it is really hard. I am not sure what you should take that would be something for a doctor to determine. Still I know what its like to have heart palputations and chest pain. So yes it is awful. But anxiety can be treated with meds.
Im not a doctor but i can relate. My anxiety was a symptom of something else. I didn't relize it at first because the doctors had it backwards. They claimed that my anxiety was causing me to have tightness in my chest and problems breathing and palpatations and etc. But my friend told me that 20 yrs ago his doctor stated that stomach issues can cause anxiety and all sorts of problems. I now treat something called Gerd. acid reflux. try not to worry if this is the case, it is not a death sentence and can be controlled with a proper diet, lifestyle changes and if severe, which it probably would be sense you have anxiety, can be treated with meds. Some people dont even know what heartburn is and i dont have the answer for that but it is possible, if you have issues like this that it could be Gerd or other simular stomach problems. one way to chack for yourself is to write down when it is the most severe and what you ate that day. Stay away from alchole and tobacco. alot of people say anxiety is an imbalance of chemicals in the body and i agree but i have a slightly different view. the chemical inbalance doesn't start in the brain, it starts somewhere else. fixing the imbalance will probably solve the problem. it did for me.
