When should I tell at work?

So I am 9 weeks pg.  I have an interview Tuesday for a better position with a different boss, different department at work.  It looks pretty positive that I will get this position.  I bet that if I get this position I would not start the position till right after 4th of July.  I will have a management position in my new role so more responsibility.  I will be 14 weeks pg when I start.  So should I wait and tell them I am pg at around 16 to 20 weeks or sooner?  I have no idea when I will start showing.  I didn't show with my first until I was about 6 months along.  What would you do?

Hopefully I won't show for awhile.  I guess I will only say when I start showing.  I really hope I get this job too so right now I just need to focus on being positive.

I personally would not tell anyone till you know for sure you have the position. Even then i would wait till i was out of the 1st trimester. When i was pregnant with my 2nd i got a new job around 12 weeks and did not tell my boss till i had been there for 2 months. In the end they can not fire you for being pregnant so it is your decision.
