On a Food Bender

I have often said, I have had a easier time, stop smoking, then loseing this weight.(Personally) I have hit a brick wall so hard I can't get up! Am so depressed  and I see no way out of my Food Addiction. Am slowly gaining back the 60 or 65 lbs I've lossed! I quit walking the 2-4 miles aday. I care but, I am on a bender. And I pitty anyone around me. My sweet Husband is so supportive God Bless his Heart. I just can't get motivated to get back with the program. I know this is my sickness talking and its keeping me down. Please give me any suggestions, mine no longer work. I have not had a healthy day in almost 3 weeks, HELP!!! I think am going to start by going for a head clearing walk this morning its 5:30 a.m. Please Lord give me the wisdom to take care of the temple you have blessed me with...amen:)

Whatawoman is totally right. I realize I'm quite a few weeks behind, but the meal planning thing has totally worked for me. Mostly. Lol, sometimes I have a bad attitude and eat bad food (chips, tons of candy, ice cream, etc, etc) but for the most part I'm still losing weight. It's slow, but it's happening.

Anyways, hope you're having better luck now.

I suggest you sit down and plan your week -  write down a menu and stick to it -  write down an exercise plan and plan in a reward for yourself at teh end of the week for sticking to both aspects of the new you :)
