Fainting and dizzyness

I am facing dizzyness and fainting problem for the last 2 weeks. i consulted with my dr. he says the i have swelling in my inner ear (vestabular system). he prescribed me "VOLTAGESIC 50. Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg" and "Serc®-8 or Betahistine Tablets 8 mg" tablets for 5 days. i have completed the 5 days course of this treatment. but i didnt feel any possitive effect. its same as before. (my blood suger and blood complete test is all normal and fine). Please suggest me wat to do i m very worried abt this.

moreover i monitor my blood pressure. its fall down to low sometime but remains normal most of the time. but fainting (with heavy head and eyes=) remains the whole day. :(

Sir the doctor to whom i consulted is a heart specialist as well as general physician. so he didnt talk abt any heart irregularity or any neuroligical problem.
so should i go for heart checkup or some CT scan etc.?

fainting can result from lo blood pressure
before doing a brain imaging be sure that your cardiologist has nothing to add
