I'm on a program called Fat Loss 4 Idiots and here is what I've done so far with the program
Cycle 1, June 27 – July 07, 2011
Day # 1 - Cycle 1, Monday, June 27, 2011: Weigh in was: 226.8 lbs
Day # 2 – Cycle 1, Tuesday, June 28, 2011: Weight was: 223.4 lbs – Loss 3.4 lbs
Total Loss to Date: 3.4 lbs
Day # 3 – Cycle 1, Wednesday, June 29, 2011: Weight was:: 220 lbs – Loss 3.4 lbs
Total Loss to Date: 6.8 lbs
Day # 4 – Cycle 1, Thursday, June 30, 2011: Weight was:: 219.4 lbs - Loss 0.6 lbs
Total Loss to Date: 7.4 lbs
Day # 5 – Cycle 1, Friday, July 01, 2011: Weight was: 218.6 lbs – Loss 0.8 lbs

Day # 3 – Cycle 2, Wednesday, July 13, 2011: Weight was: 216.8 lbs: No Change
Total Loss to Date: 10 lbs
Day # 4 – Cycle 2, Thursday, July 14, 2011: Weight was: 216 lbs: Loss: 0.8 lbs

I gained because of me, not the diet. That's all I have to say about that.

Day # 8 - Cycle 2, Monday, July 18, 2011: Weight was 213.4 lbs: Loss: 1 lb

Day # 9 – Cycle 2, Tuesday, July 19, 2011: Weight was: 214 lbs: Gain: 0.6
(I can't believe that I gained on "Veggie Day"..next Veggie day won't be a "Veggie day")
Total Loss to Date: 12.8 lbs
Day # 10 – Cycle 2, Wednesday, July 20, 2011: Weight was: 212.4: Loss: 1.6 lbs
(I'm happy about today's loss, I believe this is my lowest weight since I started this program)
Total Loss to Date: 14.4 lbs
I am so happy u are doing great with ur weight loss. I am now down 2.5 lbs and Vegie Day how does that work? I would love to try it

Are you on Fat Loss 4 Idiots?
On FL4I you go on an 11 day generated diet, eating 4 meals per day. Day 2 is "Fruit Day" and here is how that goes:
DAY #2
Today is a day of FRUIT ONLY for 3 meals --- plus a DELI-MEAT Sandwich for 1 meal.
This means that 3 meals must consist of only FRESH FRUIT and nothing else, and 1 meal must consist of just a sandwich (as shown below).
Meal #1
For Meal #1 you must eat a DELI MEAT SANDWICH.
This Sandwich must be made from the below ingredients only:
• 2 Pieces of bread
This means REGULAR-sized sandwich bread (normal sliced bread).
• Any deli style MEAT
(such as roast beef, ham, pastrami, turkey, or any other deli meat).
• Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Onions are OPTIONAL
*You don't have to use these condiments, they are optional.
Meal #2, Meal #3 and Meal #4 are explained BELOW:
For Meal #2, Meal #3 and Meal #4 you must eat FRESH FRUIT chosen from the below list only:
• Oranges
• Pears
• Apples
• Grapes
• Peaches
• Plums
• Strawberries
• Kiwis
• Grapefruit
*All fruit must be fresh fruit, and you may eat as many of these fruits as you wish per meal. There is NO LIMIT on portions either.
Then Day # 8 is "Veggie Day" and it goes like this:
DAY #8
Today is a day of VEGETABLES AND SALAD ONLY
This means that all 4 meals for this day must consist of only VEGETABLES or SALAD and nothing else.
You'll be eating 4 meals (just like other days), but you must choose foods from the below list only:
• Lettuce
• Tomatoes
• Cucumbers
• Green Beans
• Onions
• Celery
• Carrots
• Pinto Beans
• Sprouts
• Spinach
• Broccoli
• Zucchini
• Squash
• Peppers
You may top each meal with only ONE of the following 2 items (but not both):
1 ounce of Grated Cheese (or)
3 tablespoons of Low-Calorie Salad Dressing

well i have seemed to plateaued.. so i'm sticking to what i'm doing eating smaller portions and eating every 2 hours as body seems to need to have that little snack in between and keeping up with the gym.
Good Idea's ladys I am gonna try weight loss for idiots plan on Friday sounds promising :)

I had weight loss surgury. Am up to 35 kgs lost!! Starting IVF next month so excited
I was glad I lost 4 kgs, but now I am gaining it back. I have long plateaus which are frustrating. Weight just does not want to drop. Exam prep forces me behind the books and I lost the bit of physical condition. Hope I can find the motivation to work out at vaca. :o(
