Errrr i dont know what you should do. So frustrating and its hard when everything has been normal so far. But things can change so fast. If its streaks in your mucus, it could be a bloody Show . Is it possible to call an on call ob or anything first? I hope things continue to be okay. I feel like i would just worry too much not knowing everything is okay and would get checked out. But hospitals can be rough places and the waits suck.
Thanks! I ended up waiting it out to see if it would stop or if I started getting any cramping at all I was heading in to L&D. It's gone as of this morning thank god. Nothing since seeing the red blood last night. It's so weird and I have no idea what is causing it. Both times I went to the hospital it was classified as "unexplained bleeding" and I never have any cramping accompanying it. I've never even experienced braxton hicks at all this pregnancy. I guess i'm just going to chalk it up to over exerting myself. I've literally gone shopping every day this past week and walked a ton. My husband will not let me leave my bed this weekend : /
I'll keep everyone updated if anything changes but so far it's just another "unexplained bleeding" episode.
Do you have a low lying placenta? Sometimes as your cervix begins to efface this can occur if you have a placenta that is lower in position.
Keep us posted indeed. You got me curious.
No I don't have a low lying placenta. They did 2 ultrasounds to check to see if that was the cause of the "unexplained bleeding" at 22 weeks & 30 weeks. It hasn't happened again since that night so the only thing I can think of is over exertion. I've been starting to notice if I'm walking around for more than 10-15 min I get really really sore in the pelvic area and I need to sit and rest. I have a feeling it's all connected but I'm going to bring it up at my next doctors appointment and she may check me to see if there has been any change since my last check at 30 weeks. I have a growth scan at 34 weeks because of gestational diabetes so i'll get another look to see if anything is going on down there to cause the bleeding.
I'll keep you updated!
Thanks and please do keep us updated you never know when someone else may have had or has the same issue and tries to look it up. Hang in there, not long now :D
