mucus plug
I am 34weeks 2 days right now and I believe I am starting to lose my mucus plug. I have a sticky discharge that is unlike anything I have had so far. It is not discolored but I think it may be the onset of losing it. Has anyone else started to lost it this soon or is this something I should worry about. From what I read it sounds like it can start a few weeks before you give labor but really shouldnt start until around 36 weeks.
I had the same problem and went to the doctors and found out it was a uti so I would get checked my doctor said it normal to get a uti when your almost due I'm 36 weeks three days
I think it's just extra discharge cause I'm experiencing it to. I will wake up in the morning and my underwear will be soaked(sorry tmi) and when I use the bathroom there is always discharge with my pee! I have to wear panty liners now. :0( But you should defiantly talk to your OB about it and ask him or her.
