No period this month and negative pregnancy tests

Hi all,
DH and I have been TTC for 7 months now.  He is childhood cancer survivor and some of the drugs he was on have him a low sperm count. He was recently put on clomid to try to increase the little swimmers.

AF is fairly irregular, however, I ALWAYS receive it once a month.  I have had blood work to make sure I do not have a hormone imbalance or a thyroid problem and all of my tests came back as good results.

Day 1 of my cycle was on 11/9/13.  Today is day 48 of my cycle. I had LIGHT pink "spotting" on 12/12/13  but it was ONLY when I wiped and it wasn't every time I used the bathroom. I had brown on 12/13/13 when I wiped in the morning and that was it. I did have light pink one other time this month, and I mean light pink. That was on the 24th and it was ONLY one time and only when I wiped. I have not had anything else.

I took a hpt on 12/14/13 in the morning and it was negative.  I took another one yesterday morning (12/25/13) also negative. Still no sign of AF.

My breasts have been tender but usually late at night or in the morning right after I wake up. When it is tender, it is tender down the sides, and they just feel heavy all the time! My nipples are more sensitive too. My DH swears that my nipples and areolas are getting bigger.

I do have some nausea but never to the extent of getting sick to my stomach. And my stomach feels bloated and harder than normal around my belly button. I don't feel like doing anything, I just have no energy.

Tomorrow DH and are going in for a blood test. I am just worried that I am making all these symptoms up in my head because I know if t

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you, that unfortunately, you are probably not pregnant.  Home tests are quite reliable these days.  If you and your husband were my patients, I would encourage you to consider IUI if you don't have some results pretty soon.  I would also repeat the pregnancy test, and if negative, I would prescribe some progesterone to try to start your period for you.
Good luck!

Sorry guys, hit the post comment button instead of backspace button.
But I know if you want something bad enough, you mind can play tricks on you.

Does anyone else have this same problem? Did I test too soon? Am I taking a blood test too soon?
