My girlfriend swears by them. She said when she was in labor her contractions were the same but with no dilation. Her dula taught her a drop and squat move. When ever her contraction would hit she would drop what she was doing and squat. Dont push just squat. The gravity and the pushing from the contractions got her from 2cm to 6cm. Im definitely trying this. Hope this helps

I would say walk walk walk
With my last pregnancy they were about to send me home but they told me to walk and it helped me to dilate and they admitted me
Good luck mama and hopefully the baby comes soon :)

The only thing you can really do is try to rest, if you cant your better up and being active, trying to get gravity to help with getting the contractions to dilate your cervix, depending on where you live going for a really energetic walk, or if you cant do that climbing up and down some stairs, anything to get your hips/pelvis moving, good luck :)
