Turmeric
Just wondering what type (brand?) of turmeric is most effective? After doing some research it seems some are better than others. Thanks!

I should also mention that I've read that curcumin is the ingredient of turmeric that is useful. So try looking for that. My bottle of Theracurmin was $45 for 40 capsules. And I take 2 caps/day
I got Theracurmin through my naturopath, that one worked awesome! It took away my head pains as well. It absorbs nicely in the body. I'm not sure if you can get that brand outside of a naturopath doctor though. I also tried curcumabsorb. Through my naturopath. I hope this helps.
