Went to the Dr. Dilated to 4cm and 70% effaced. This is my 5th child but it's been 11 years. How much longer before I go into labor I wonder??

I've lost my mucous plug and continue to bleed. It's bright red. Hopefully that's normal. I also feel like I have my period with cramps in my back lower abdomen and legs.

There's no telling! All depends on when baby wants to come! I've been 4cm & 90% effaced for a week now and lost my mucus plug.
