Oh ok! Have you been wearing pad-cicles? Just frozen pads with herbs or essential oils. You can either make a tea with sitz bath herbs or essential oils and water (lavender, geranium, frankincense) to promote healing. Pour the mixture on your pad and roll them back up and freeze them. Earth mama angel baby Mama Bottom Balm is the stuff!!! They also make a spray. It feels cooling on those stitches. Mix a few drops of lavendar oil into your Peri bottle and squeeze it on when you go to the bathroom. You can also keep a crock pot full of warm, wet wash cloths and lavendar next to where ever you are resting and keep them in rotation on top of your belly for those afterpains. If going #2 is scary or for constipation, you can put a few drops of peppermint oil into your toilet and it helps you go.  Hope that helps you feel better. This will pass and you'll feel like yourself again soon.
