Feeling like a FTM. help..

So this is my third pregnancy and if it's taught me anything it's that every pregnancy is different. With that being said I am having the worst lower back pain that comes and goes for the past few hours. I am 40 weeks today and have no clue what it means. Anybody else experience this?

I had lower back pains that came on and off and come to find out it was actually back labor. I felt NO contractions in my stomach, but felt ALL of them in my back. They felt like strong strong back spasms

I do. Sometimes only on my left side where it'll go numb. I was due yesterday
