This is my first baby and I have been asking the same question. So done with being pregnant as well but I heard a lot of sex and walking
Try walking up and down stairs helps lower the baby more
Squats/ bouncing on a ball, bumpy car ride, walking etc. also just try to relax, it's hard being so close but your body knows your anxious and it doesn't help. Try to take your mind off of it, maybe go to the store and walk around for a couple hours, it'll help move things along and get your mind on other things.
On my fourth, my last baby was 13 days late, I tried everything, nothing really works, unless the baby is ready. Just try and stay active, well as much as possible. Xx
