I have a few questions.

So basically There are a few things I need to ask about. So I find out my uncle has mild Tourette’s and I look into it and I exhibit quite a bit of the tics that he does and I was wondering if it’s possible that the tics could also just be normal human behavior too? I know it won’t really affect me in life but I just want to know if I have it or not. Also I am always doing a lot of the things that go with depression: questioning life, feeing sad, mood swings, bad sleeping, etc; so I just wanted to know if this is normal in the years of 13-16 or not?

My son has tics but doesn't have tourettes.  He has anxiety.  He has some simple vocal tics which are a noise and complex ones occasionally where he'll say a word.  He also has motor movement tics. They change what exactly they are and also are present when my son is overly nervous or excited.  I do think having a multitude of moods is really normal for your age.  Do you go to the doctor once a year for a check up?  It would be good to talk to your doctor about these things at that time.
