Pain can be felt as different things after stroke and the burning sensation you have in your leg (s) is that post stroke pain. Sorry you have it. They recommend to keep a pain journal to document pain after stroke and the details of it (when it is worse, what aggregates it, is it intermittent, constant, bad at night, etc.). This is presented to your doctor and then they can decide what they want to do if anything to treat it if it does not subside. That can be with medication --- muscle relaxers, analgesics, NSAIDS, etc. Or they may recommend physical therapy. If you haven't been checked out, you should be though. DVT needs to be ruled out.
Are you on medication since the mini stroke?
