Back pain and neck issue

Dear members/team,
I was playing with my partner and by mistake she pushed/punched me right in the middle of my back on th spine ( wasn't too hard but also wasn't even light...she has strength the lady)  and after 3 days I still feel a bit of pain on the back but also I feel now my neck feel stiff so I was wondering if the spine at the back is connected to the nerves of your neck and can caused such symptoms.
I do admit I do worry a lot but I am not imagine what I am feeling
Any advice will be appreciate

Sorry no one answered you. It's all intertwined. Muscles and nerves in that area. You could even have something like whiplash from the head slap and making your head bang in a certain direction. I'd ice it, take ibuprofen and make your partner pay for a massage for you. :>))  Anyway, this was a bit ago so hopefully all is well. I had a neck injury many years ago and it still plagues me with flare ups of pain and headaches.
