Hit my head in bus

Today morning before i could sit the driver made a full stop at 20 miles or more an hour and I hit the site of my head at a sharp pole where you can put your luggage on. So because I went flying against it, it is swollen on my head a bit and i felt dizzy and still do a very little bit my hands shaked after this and I’m still a bit shaky. Please help

Sounds like you might have a concussion. A concussion is a mild brain injury caused by a knock or blow to the head or a sudden change in motion.  See a doctor just in case.
