Scared and Not Sure

I have been diagnosed with Firbrisitic Breast disease and today had a doctors appointment and doctor talked to me about removing the breast and having reconstruction done because I have so many nodules.  I was shocked when he talk to me about that and they haven't even done a biopsy yet, is this normal?

Maybe normal for doctors who like to jump the gun...happens a lot when they deal with many patients with similar problems. Not normal for people who have not dealt with this cituation, Id bring my point up and switch doctors if possible to a lesser busy office. God bless and good luck.
