Wisdom teeth removal and front tooth pain

I had all four wisdom teeth removed 8 days ago.  Only one of them was impacted which I understand might be a bit more sore than the other three.  I have two questions.  I have quite a few white "canker" sores around the incision on the back tooth that make it kind of sore.  Is this normal?  The most important question is my front teeth are extremely sore.  At first I thought it might be my gums but nothing I am doing is relieving the discomfort.  I've flossed, I've used orajel, I brush normally.  Is this a side effect or could my teeth be shifting already and causing my teeth to smash into each other?  And will it go away?  It's been about 4-5 days that I have noticed the pain.

I got my wisdom teeth removed a few days ago, and I'm also experiencing frontal tooth pain...It hurts so bad, and my meds don't seem to work! If you figure out how to stop the pain, let me know :)

Your teeth have not shifted and will not shift as a result of the wisdom teeth being extracted. The sores are probably a result of the surgery and should heal as the sockets heal.I am not really sure why the front teeth are painful, I don't think it is related to the extractions but if they continue to bother you then I think a visit to your dentist is in order.
