Just checking in, its been a while

Well Its been awhile sence ive been on here, ive been busy and all and going to the doctors every week dont help either. i finally had my baby shower, was waiting for it for 2 months, and finally had it on saturday it turned out great. i really enjoyed visiting with some of my friends.
Anyway iam still having the bleeding/spoting/brown-pinkish slimy discharge. I keep going back to the doctors every week, with my sister sence shes due to have her baby in a week. and thats the only time i can get into see the doctor sence shes book and the only time i could get in is late july. but i cant wait that long.
The birth control does not seem to help much with this at all. iam going to be on the green pills starting tommrow so hoping my period will go smooth and i will not run into problems. The doctor has no idea what is causing this and is wondering if it will go away once my period is done, i hope so if not i dont no what she will do, I hope it does my baby girl is 2 months and its continous.
To top it all off, I went to get Faiths 2 months needles last week and well i needed to get my rubella shot again and the damn health nurse gave me the babys needle. and is like oh iam sorry i gave you the wrong needle, then i got mine after that in the other arm. It was red, and now i have a big bump on my arm where they gave me the babys needle.
If it wasnt for bad luck, i would have no luck at all.
I thought i would check in and i hope everyone is doing well and they babys are getting big! :D

The things we go through as moms!!! lol. I always leak at night! I guess my body is not used to not nursing for such a long period of time. I can pretty much go all day without them, but at night.....it's a nightmare! haha. I also have to have one on the breast I am not nursing him on, otherwise while he is nursing and the let down happens....I am soaked!
I agree, those things are so expensive....sometimes during the day I will just use napkins...lol. =)

Ava latches on the WRONG part of my nipple sometimes and that is the WORST feeling. I have little hickies around the outside of my nipples.  Of course she does this when she is sleepy, and slips off!!  OUCHHHHHIEEE!!!  Last night I woke up to my boobs squirting EVERYWHERE, my side of the bed was soaked... do you lead at night?  I have ran out of pads, and those things are sooo darned expensive.  I guess I'll start cutting up diapers and use those!  One should last a few days.  lol

lol....I hear ya!! Jeremiah is the same way when he nurses....He latches EXTRA good! I can't even imagine when he gets teeth what it will be like.........................oh man.....lol.
I remember my mom said she just screamed at the top of her lungs when my lil sis bit her for the first time....needless to say, she yelled so loud my lil sis never dared to do that again!! haha. We'll see what happens when that time rolls around. =)

Same here.  I atleast want to pump for a year so she will get milk for one full year.  I think I will stop actual bf when she starts to get teeth.  She has a tight grip right now!  OUCHIE!!

That's so weird. I guess things are just trying to get back to normal. Haven't had a real period yet....but keep thinking I will soon. We'll see what happens! Ava is a cutie!! Such a petite little girl! =)  And she looks like mommy and daddy! =)

I plan on breast feeding Jeremiah at least until he is 8-10 months give or take a month or so. I plan on introducing foods around 8 months though. We'll see what happens. So far he just goes with the flow of things, so hopefully he'll be okay when that time comes!! =) How about you??

This happens to me to girl, and it happens after sex without fail.  I am still breastfeeding Ava, and I can still feel my uterus contract on occasion while I am feeding her.  I have had one cycle since her birth.  She will be 2 months on the 22nd.  She turned 7 weeks yesterday!  I'm guessing she is over 9 pds now.  =)  She is catching up!

How long to you intend on bf??

Hey girls!! My lil man will be 2 months old on the 11th! Where does time go? He is 13 pounds now....such a big boy!! He fits into 6month clothing now....everything things else always seems so small or too short on him. I cannot believe it!
My body has been so weird lately. I keep spotting several times a week thinking I am getting my period...and then it just stops all of a sudden. Is that pretty normal? It sometimes happens when I have sex as well...but not always.....I am just so confused! Maybe it's just normal for just having a baby 2 months ago?
Glad to hear your little ones are getting big and healthy! =)

hahaha yes thats so true.. Anyway. and update, i guess the bleeding and brown discharge had finally stopped for me, the doctor said i should not have any more problems, and im hoping it all stays up. faiths is now over 12 lbs, which im happy for and shes just bout 3 months old on the 18th, i dont no where the time went:(

Ava now weighs 8 pds 7 ozs!!  She is getting chunky!

I know what you mean.  Our bodies sometimes are so unpredictable, unlike a MAN!!  They know everyday what is in store for their day, they know they will think about sex atleast 100 times.  =)

I love being a mom but hate being a woman haha, if that makes any since, so far i think i got my period, now that iam on the green pills of birth control. well it better be anyway LOL!. iam going to think that anyway. Im seein the doctor on wednesday so hopefully everything has gone back to normal, im really hoping.

Yeah, it is a horrible mistake the nurse made, The lump i have on my arm because of the babys needle, iam going to see the doc about it tommrow. i would of been some mad if they gave faith the needle i was suppose to get.  

I should get my period anytime now, hopefully its not that bad, and hopefully i can be normal again. all i can do is hope...

Oh my goodness!  What a horrible mistake for the nurse to make!  What if that had been the other way around, and she actually gave yours to the baby!!  I don't even want to know what that would have caused the baby to go through.  

I am having the brown slimy discharge now.  I guess I am getting near to the end of all this spotting.  It is annoying, and doesn't smell to great either.  lol

I have not had a period yet.  My doctor prescribed pills that will be safe for breastfeeding.  I do not have the blue or green sugar pills to take.  I would actually love to be able to have my period so that I will know that I am not PREGNANT!!  My doctor told me that breastfeeding in itself is a safe BC... I can't trust that because my mom got pregnant while breastfeeding my brother.  

Ava is growing like a little weed.  I guess I'd better go get her out of her bouncy b/c she is crying.  =)  My nennies (or boobies) are leaking everywhere.  They spew when she cries.  =)
