Anyone use Bovine instead of mesh

I just met with a urogyn surgeon who discussed a hysterectomy with sacrocolpopexy for me. I said I would NOT use mesh so what's the alternative. She recommended bovine being the next best option. Has anyone used this?

For starters I know too many women who are currently undergoing mesh removal because of problems it has caused eroding into the vagina and other organs. Secondly I have had previous immune reactions to sutures for prior surgeries and a long history of allergies so it appears to put me in a higher risk category for mesh rejection, reaction etc. I am getting a 2nd opinion with another urogyn surgeon who uses harvested tissue from your own thigh to do the sacral colpopexy. Just wondering of anyone has had this done.
