im going through the same thing. after i sit or when i take a nap or go to sleep i can bearly get out of bed or get up it hurts bad...the doc say its normal and ive had this for like 3 months already so yeah.
Absolutely... all my muscles/ligaments/everything in my entire region feel sore and it's hard to start moving after sitting or laying down. Rolling over in bed really hurts too. It started about a month ago for me. I have to stand up for a sec, wait, then start moving, or else I think I might pull something! It's not that your muscles or bones are weak, it's that the hormone "relaxin" is causing your pelvis ligaments to loosen, which causes an unstable, sore feeling. It's normal. Plus the baby's head can sometimes pinch nerves or be in an uncomfortable spot. My little guy likes to stretch his whole body, pressing his head hard against my pelvis and shoving his feet into my ribs! lol.. that contributes to the discomfort as well.
It's our due date month - we have big babies in there, it's no wonder we're getting so uncomfortable! All part of the experience though... ;)
oh i know the feeling.... ive had those pains since i was 4-5 months prego
thanks ladies, at least i am not the only one,,, i also had them for weeks now since i was about 5 months... at some point i was worried that i might be dilating...
I've been really sore too for the past week or so. I am over 37 weeks pregnant and I thought it was due to me going back to work last week. Everytime I get up to go to the bathroom at night, I limp my way over there. My upper thighs and lower abdomen is where I feel sore the most. I didn't know that this was a normal part of pregnancy.
