bleeding and fear from infertility

hi, I have never had any pain and always had regular  periods .

on september and october 2007 i had fever and i felt pain ,i gone to hospital my CA125 was320 they thought that i had cancer ,i had cyst 9cm right ovary and 4 the left,i had a laparotomy the Dr removed my right ovary and a part of left
and my biopsy :i have endometriosis and the cyst was paraovarian cyst
after  the surgery,he gave me an orgametril pill for 6 months after 6 months ,he said you don't need any pill.any hormone therapy .

on avril,i had very severe pain ,i thought that is kidney stone , I went for an US The US showed that I had a 3.7 and 2.2 complex cyst on my left ovary. i was very angry from my first DR. i decided to go to another DR . the second DR
said i need laparoscopy i just worry so much and don't want any more surgery if I can avoid it.then i go to another DR
the 3rd said that after surgery it's necessary to take leuprorelin acetate injection for 6 months , but he
didn't give me add back therapy (i don't know what is add back therapy  i see on sites )i don't know if it's necessary this therapy.
when i searched on internet i found that these injections make bone loss, decrease bone density .
there is any natural treatment to capture my bone loose?

i don't want to loose my fertility because i 'm not married and i have not baby ,i want to conceive in the future
and now after 10days of my fifth injection,i am BLEEDING,(normal bleeding)(the four past injections without bleeding)
Is it normal?or something is going wrong please help ?
i want to know if there is any herbal treatment ?
paraovarian cyst and endometriosis could be?
can paraovarian cyst shrinks?
thanks a lot ,i appreciate your time and your opinion.

Yes, if you take leuprorelin injections, most doctor use addback with low dose Norethindrone acetate to prevent osteoporosis.  You should discuss this with your doctor.
Alternatively, if you have endometriomas ie endometriosis cysts in your ovaries you can take a birth control pill to try to control pelvic pain and potential progression endometriosis.

If you were given the leuprorelin injections during the follicular phase of your cycle it can cause irregular bleeding and it can be a side effect of leuprorelin.  I would check with the doctor who gave you the injection.

It is too bad that you had to have your right ovary removed and part of your left ovary for endometriosis. If you have  a paraovarian cyst or an endometrioma, you do not have to have surgery unless you have severe pain or if it is getting bigger rapidly. You can certainly wait and try taking the leuprorelin or birth control pills.

If you know of a reputable practioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) who specializes in gynecology then you can try acupuncture and herbal medicine. I do not recommended treating self-treatment by yourself with herbs obtained on the internet.
