Salmon that’s caught in the wild is regularly found to be lower in pollutants than farmed salmon. Nutritionally, it’s a great source of vitamin B12, important for baby’s neurological development. Salmon is delicious cooked simply, with fresh herbs and lemon, but more complex recipes abound (just search your favorite recipe site). For an easy and nutritious crowd-pleaser: cook salmon fillets in a grill pan and top with mango salsa.
