Looks like blood vessel is pressing up against brain stem with no room for CSF flow

Bulging discs around C6-7 & surrounding discs still clearly visible but not mentioned in report?

Right eyeball ALWAYS hurts & always have HA on right side with sharp shooting pains...normal?

Blood vessel pressing on brain stem? Can this cause Chiari type symptoms?
