Just a quick note to say hi! Radical "sugar" man! I know you must feel better when its lower. Mine does. I'm not so sluggish all the time when my sugar is below 150.
Just wanted to let you know I can relate. I'm not taking any medication and if I watch everything (including eating only protein after about 6PM) I can stay in target..otherwise I can't...are you on meds?
