Just a quick note to say hi!
Just wanted to let you know I can relate. If you ever want to talk, you know where to find me.
Hope you feel better soon!

Just a quick note to say hi! When you worry about sleep it seems to drive it away. You seem to stay up way too long & that may contribute to your feeling tired? I have the same attitude as you re. 'Im going to have a good day & not moan about what a wretched night I've just had. Sleep problems have been chronic lifelong, but somehow I'm still here & doing OK. I do take Zopiclone (which I'm hooked on) to get off to sleep, but they're short acting. Try to ignore how rotten you feel ~ not impossible, as I've done it. & if I can so can you.......
Best wishes, Hope you get well soon. Browse the site. Lots of nice, supportive folk here.
