Hey sweetie, I didn't really go on any particular plan. I am trying to do as the dr ordered & work out 5 times a week. He wants me at 45 min with a constant HR at around 136. I just started looking at what I eat. The big drop may have come due to the fact I ate way bad before I started watching and now I have dropped my fat content to over 1/4 of what I was eating before. Also started eating six meals a day. I try not to get any of them over 400 cal. I am starting to slow down on the loss which is a bummer, but I didn't expect it to last forever.
