About Dr. Michael B. Wolfeld
Dr. Michael B. Wolfeld is a fellowship trained Plastic Surgeon practicing in Manhattan, New York, and Hackensack, New Jersey. Dr. Wolfeld received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University prior to attending SUNY Downstate Medical School in Brooklyn where he earned his MD degree. Following medical school, Dr. Wolfeld received his training in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Dr. Wolfeld decided to then pursue his interest in Aesthetic Surgery and completed a one year aesthetic fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital and the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. During this year, Dr. Wolfeld was able to concentrate and focus solely on cosmetic surgery of the face, breasts, tummy, and body and to master his skills in these areas having worked with the leaders in the field of plastic surgery. Dr. Wolfeld is devoted to aesthetic plastic surgery training and has staff appointments at Lenox Hill Hospital, Manhattan Eye, Ear, & Throat Hospital, and the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary where he currently helps to train the next generation of aesthetic plastic surgery fellows and plastic surgery residents. Dr. Wolfeld has spent time on international plastic surgery missions having traveled to Peru to operate on children with craniofacial and genetic deformities. Dr. Wolfeld is a nationally published plastic surgeon who has trained in the newest and most up to date techniques in cosmetic surgery. He realizes that patient safety comes first, always and without question. Dr. Wolfeld combines years of education and experience with compassion and true concern for the comfort and satisfaction of his patients.
