hi I know you dont know me but I read your post and I felt that I should help you I contacted a domestic violence shelter in Florida called Harbor house, I asked them what you could do because I am from another state and I am unsure of the laws down there. anyway this is what I already knew you should get counseling to help you with the abuse and the affect it has had on you emotionally. but that you should call  harbor house 24 hour crisis hotline (407)886-2856 or (800)500-1119 this is a safe house in Florida, They can help you to get away from the abuse even if it is only verbal at the moment verbal abuse often times turns into physical abuse you are no ones punching bag and you dont have to become one you are a person who should never be treated as anything less than human.
I wish you the very best and I hope I have helped even if its only a little bit.

I'm sorry you're feeling so low and so alone. I sounds like you need a change for sure. I think the prerequisite for a shelter is physical abuse, but I don't think that they talk to the spouse to check out your story as to exactly what's been going on. Any way you can get in the door is probably a good idea at this point. .
