What can a person do if they really need to take pain meds for very legit reasons.... but can't seem to control their use?

I agree with Julia...give to someone to give to you. My mother gives me hers, but the thing is...I am addicted to them too

The best is to designate a family member to hold the medication for them and to administer it to them as prescribed. It is more difficult to do if the person lives by themselves, but can still be worked out by daily visits. Good luck.
