Drug testing for meds, please help

Hi, I really don't know where to turn to or get answers, I am on meds for depression, HBP and chronic pain, I take generic Effexor er 150 mg 1 x daily and clonazapam 1mg 3xd for depression,3 bp meds, and take 30mg 3xd and percocet 10mg 3xd, I was recently drug tested in office and showed positive for pcp and methadone, I also take tylonol pm at night and advil, they sent me straight to hospital for blood drug test and it come back as having nothing at all in my system but also did not have a list of meds to go by, I am going through  very bad withdrawl , I went to er with bp 220/111 and I told them what was going on at the docs office with my meds, I don't understand how one test can say one thing and another reads nothing in system, My doctor there had resigned a couple weeks ago, I had just found this out and the doctor they give me will not see me till end of august, I spoke with a nurse from my ins. and she said to go back to er that things can change and could still have a heart attack, I still am taking what I have left of my depression meds but they won't prescribe me clonazpam anymore or pain meds. I have a lot of back problems along with artho in back and in knees and have had surgery done on one knee already, I don't even want to go back on morhine because of what I am going through now, But can anyone explain why my tests showed up like that please? and how long does withdrawl last? it has been over a week now and just keeps getting worse, The doctors office will not even talk to me about this because they think I am not taking meds... PLEASE PLEASE HELP.....

I am not really sure how two test can be both wrong.  The one from the doctor's office was wrong because it showed that you had medications in your system that you were not supposed to have. Did it show the medications that you were taking? You did not say.
The one in the hospital "came back as having nothing at all in my system", how can that be, when you take benzodiazepines and opiates.  It should have shown at least that.  So I have no plausible explanation to your question.  One wrong test can be caused by lab error or mislabeling, but two?
The next question is how long does the withdrawal from narcotics last.  The really nasty symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, fever, pain, etc. can last anywhere from four to six weeks, gradually getting better as it goes along.  The milder symptoms like insomnia, weakness and depression can last another several months.
It sounds like you have a lot of co-existing medical issues and I would recommend that you have medical supervision during withdrawals.  I don't think you should wait until the end of August until you see your physician.  You should make an effort and find one sooner.  One who may be know how to help patients get off narcotics, possibly using Suboxone or Subutex in your particular case, due to your other medical issues.
Please take care of yourself and my best wishes to you.

Hi, Thank you for your info, but to answer your ? yes the drug urine screen did show up with my meds that I take in my system accept for the clonazapam , the blood drug screen come back as being negative for everything, No narcotics at all in my system, But was told by an ER doctor that also works at the hospital that done the test said that the lab only checks for alchol and thc, That it is very costly to do that type of test for everything, and as to getting help by going in somewhere I tryed and the place I went to would not take me because of my blood pressure, I do take my meds and I take them as presribed. There are many OTC meds that will cause a fasle positive on a cheap drug urine test, My opinion is that my doctor got in trouble for something and was forced to resign and since he had me on so much meds that they are trying to get rid of me, Like I said I do not want back on morphine I just want help and theres no where to get it...
