Pregnant after vasectomy??

I am 23 years old with a 4 year old daughter.
My husband had his vasetomy 3 years ago because it is unsafe for me to carry another child.
I have never cheated.
I am 2 weeks late on a very regular period with cramping and some nausia. After being 3 days late, I had a smudge of red blood when I used the bathroom. Nothing since.
I also have clear, milky, discharge from one breast with a bit of achey soreness.
I took a home pregnancy test 3 days ago and it came back negative.
I went to the doctor last week and they basically told me to come back if the discharge from my breast became tinged with blood or looks infected.

I am scared and confused because if I am pregnant, I want to know right away in case it becomes dangerous to my health and if I am not, I have no idea what could be wrong with me.

Could I be pregnant or could it be something else causing my hormones to be out of whack?

Someone, please help.
