What Will help me stay awake on my methadone. My dose is 120?
Here's a thought, if you can get off them soon, you will be back to a normal non reliant happy person. These drugs don't just keep us dependant, they alter everything from sleep to doing anything normal. I don't know why your on them so I'm not judging, just going off my own experience, had I known how much better life is w out, I would have been off long ago instead of fearing going without. Good luck. You can live a happy drug free life. You got this

Your might consider splitting he dose into two and taking 60mg every 12 hours instead of 120mg once a day.
