I will be honest, there are some other meds that will help with the withdrawals but they can just lead to another addiction. I am 5 days clean now and days 1 through 3 were the worst for me. I was upfront with my loved ones and they have supported me through two addictions now. The first being cocaine and now pain killers. The physical part of the withdrawals seem like they are over with but the mental part is very hard. Sleeping has been the hardest thing for me and the most frustrating. You can do it though. I read on here and wish I knew who it was who said it but I have it on a postcard in my home and car. A bad day clean, is always better than a good day on a pill. I wish you the best of luck and you are not alone, but I can honestly say that I feel better already being off the things I now call the demons.
Your doctor can try to prescribe some kind of muscle relaxant to help you through the anxiety and/or muscle ache. But be careful , because those medications can cause dependency as well if taken for a while.
You have come to such a small amount and done so good, it should not be too bad. I will keep my finger crossed for you.
Good luck.
