I don't have that much to add to what you have discussed with the other commenter thus far. However, I would say that you have a lot to weigh, but consider that even if you were to go to medical school and that training were to take 8 years, you would be 42 and doing what you want to do for potentially the next 30 plus years. So ultimately, it depends on what you feel is worth it more -- the current stability of your life, your wife's and you're children's, even at the expense of realizing your "dream," or pursuing your passion at the expense of your family's current stability over the next few to several years.
I think when you feel passionate about something you look at and explore all possibilities. If the medical school, and others, decline you due to your age you could always consider other health related fields. Nursing is one option. Being a paramedic another.
Just take one step at a time and deal with each obstacle as or when it arrives.
Good luck with talking to your wife, etc and best wishes.
Thx, just wanted to hear that at 34 i still have a chance, next step is to talk it over with my wife and then im off to medical school. My wife's support is quite imp cos she will be taking care of my biz and kids while i'm studying and i need to search 4 a nearby sch so i wont be too far away from d kids. My bro is too self centred to care and he will only discourage me

Have you got a particular medical school in mind? If you have then you could start by researching their medical faculty. Most universities have entry criteria and contact details available on-line.
My guess is that you would need to complete the entire program. It depends on how transferable your previous degree is.
I'm not sure of age restrictions. I expect they must exist though. I would think that 34 is still young enough.
Good luck.
Your brother may also be able to offer you some direction.
