3 day hangover

Hi so  i'm 18 years old and a girl, 3 days ago i went out and I had quite a bit to drink. I wasn't sick or anything but when i got home I had a bit of water and went to bed, but all night i felt really dizzy. Next morning I felt dizzy every time I moved and didn't eat all day and had some water. 3 days later i'm still really dizzy and haven't gotten a great a mound of sleep since but i have been eating and drinking lots of water. I'm away on holiday so would the heat effect me ? Every time I sit down i'm fine but when i walk its not in a straight line and even turn my head to talk it makes me feel sick.

Any advice please ASAP .

thank you

Have you given any thought to not drinking?  If this doesnt quit i would see a doctor.  Vertigo comes to mind here and i had that alot when i was drinking.

Drinking that much alcohol isn't good for anyone especially someone so young. You have the right idea about staying hydrated. Drink as much water as possible and flush those toxins out of your body. 3 days does seem to be a bit much for a hangover but YES heat can DEFINITLY affect you adversely! How hot is it where you are? Is it a major climate change for you?

Sounds to me like alcohol poisoning.  You should see a doctor asap, don't wait to come home.  Blessings - Blu
